Is there a website that will convert websites for mobile phone viewing?

I know about Opera Mini and programs like that, but I can't install any programs on my type of phone. So I'm looking for something that's better than what I'm currently using (going to google.com and searching for pages… google does do a coversion for mobile phones… but it isn't so terribly great. Looking for something that converts pages as well as http://www.dgm8.com/ does.
